More on Tao te Ching #2

Accepting each moment as it is requires suspending our tendency to criticize, judge and assign meaning to everything and anything we perceive.  To engage fully in our intuition, values and conscious choice of the moment, we must connect to the silence.  By connecting to the silence we suspend judgment while being in contact with our true selves and intention.

Suspend the ego and allow yourself to engage in the life.  Here's a clip from Peaceful Warrior that embodies this notion:
