I was meeting with a wonderful person on Monday when they stated: "I think I'm over the past, it's the future that gets me stuck." The instant this was said I was taken back with my own personal realization of how very true this was for me. I constantly am thinking about the next thing without realizing that "This is it!" Thank you Adyshanti for your words of wisdom. In case you did not watch him go to Tao-te-Ching #3. I continue to softly and gently go back to the silence over and over and over again. Another examples of how our teachers are everywhere... and everyone.
